Event Information 2022

The Start / Times
The start time will be from 0900 onwards

New Route
We are still finalising the Route Options but it will be very new and exciting 🙂

How do I enter

You can enter online here. Entries before the Wednesday 24th August to have a unique bib number with their name on the front, this cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Cut Off Time
This year the cut off time for half marathon will be 3.5 hours, We would expect all 10K finishers to have completed the distance within this window.

If you find yourself unable to take part in the events please let us know. Numbers can be transferred (see below) onto another person but if we are not informed that person will not appear in the official results list as they will be disqualified. This applies if a person changes their event on the day.

The deadline for transfers is Monday 22nd August. You can do this by logging into your member profile on and allocating your number to someone else. The transfer is complete when THEY take the place!

An enthusiastic crowd makes all the difference to participants, so please give your support along the course, however you are reminded to respect local residents and dispose of your litter responsibly.

Results will be available to view here on our website after they have been verified.

Race Numbers
Your Race number will be posted to you providing you enter BEFORE Wednesday 24th of August 2022. If you enter on or before you will have your first name printed on the bib. and your t-shirt size will be guaranteed. After this you will end up with a race number that is generic not have your name on it. Your number will be posted out. If you have not received your race number by then please contact us using this form.

Runners must display their race number on their fronts and ensure the race number is not obscured in anyway i.e. coats etc. We are continuing to offer chip timing for the running events. Please make sure you complete your personal details on the back of your number. Do not attempt to remove the chip from the back of the number.

Keep to the left hand side of the road unless otherwise directed by Marshall. Each mile will be clearly marked and water stations will be available where only water will be provided. Water stations will be provided on the half and 10k routes only. Water stations are to be used by runners only.

All finishers in the Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay, 10k will receive a medal & memento

After the Race
Prize presentations will take place as soon as possible after each race. There are prizes for the first three in each event and there will be veteran age group categories. These will not be awarded on the day but will be posted out.
